In 2003, Chris opened Pane Bianco, about four miles from the original Pizzeria Bianco. Chris wanted to open a restaurant where his fresh baked breads were the stars of the show, similar to the bakeries you can find back in Italy. During lunch, Pane Bianco features split focaccia sandwiches, fresh baked loaves of bread, NY style pizza slices, salads, and more. The focaccia breads are baked to order in a wood-fired oven, and served with fresh, local ingredients. We now offer dinner from 4pm-8pm Wednesday-Saturday, we serve our NY Style 18” Pizzas, salads, and drinks.

In 2012, Pane Bianco expanded from a takeout sandwich shop into a full-service restaurant. With indoor and outdoor seating, there is plenty of space to meet a friend for lunch or enjoy fresh baked bread on your work break. Pane Bianco is forged in fire and made with love!
