In 2005, Chris opened Pane Bianco, about four miles from the original Pizzeria Bianco. Open for only lunch, Pane features split focaccia sandwiches, slices, salads, and more. The focaccia breads are baked to order in a wood-fired oven, and served with fresh, local ingredients. We offer several slices from our 18” NY Style pies, perfect for a quick lunch. Pane Bianco is forged in fire and made with love!

In 2012, Pane expanded from a takeout sandwich shop into a full service restaurant with a beautiful new dining room. With dinner service soon becoming a favorite for the neighborhood, serving pizza, pasta and seasonal entrees. The beer and wine list features is focused on local producers, both from the Valley area and the state. While we currently only offer lunchtime dining, our expanded seating is still available as well as the expanded menu!
