Viva Phoenix Presents… “A rare culinary moment brings together three of the Valley’s most celebrated chefs — Chris Bianco, Rene Andrade, and James Piazza — for a one-day-only pop-up at Roland’s Market.
Rooted in collaboration and community, this special event highlights the spirit of coming together through food. Each chef brings their own perspective and craft, creating a shared experience that reflects the diversity and strength of Arizona’s culinary scene. United Plates of Arizona is a celebration of unity and hospitality — a reminder of what can happen when creative voices align around a common table.
