Pizzeria Bianco finds a home in LOS ANGELES…

The West Coast has been calling Chris for some time now, and at long last he finally opened Pizzeria Bianco in Downtown Los Angeles. Located in the Row DTLA, the restaurant is an adaptive reuse of a former coffee roaster and cafe. While much of the space remains intact, a wood-burning oven now inhabits the room where the roasting machine was formerly housed; a large window offers diners a view of pizzas being made. 

Lunch and dinner features the same menu, which largely mirrors Pizzeria Bianco at Heritage Square and features the six signature pies regulars have come to love. Small plates, salads and sides will round out the offerings while a focused list of food-friendly wines and beers will complement the menu.

For Chris, the food has always been about his relationships and his intention. Relationships with the farmers, the local producers, his family, customers and staff; and the respect and sincere intentions he approaches his recipes with, as well as the many interpersonal relationships that have influenced his philosophy and who he is. Pizzeria Bianco has found a second home in Los Angeles, and we are excited to continue the pizza journey here!
